GUIDELINE 1.1
1. Before you start using GUIDELINE you need to register on this
website. (WHY REGISTER?)
2. Registered users have access to their DASHBOARD
From here you can send me some basic information regarding what it's about and when you would like me to call you back.
3. I will log at this as an ISSUE and call you back as requested.
We discuss the ISSUE and work out a "what to do next" plan if
necessary, before we end the call.
Every new ISSUE is worth $ 30.
Most issues will require a couple more calls and as these are related to the original issue there are no additional charges.
I will let you know if a particular ISSUE gets drawn out enough to attract an ADD ON charge of $ 15.
No invoice will be issued but if you would like to know how much you have run up on your account you can let me know via the CONTACT PAGE and I will send you that information.
